Registration Rules and Policies

AVOID THE LINES

We will have registration open on Thursday, February 15, 2024. In order to ensure you do not miss any event content, we highly encourage you to register on Thursday.

To check in at the event, the ticket MUST be under the attendee's name. Attendees will be required to show a valid government-issued ID matching the ticket name. An attendee's name on a credit card or a photocopy of an ID will not be accepted. 

If you purchased your ticket directly from IM Academy's event system, you most likely do not have any further action required in the event system to check-in. Just have your ticket's QR code ready to scan. (Your QR Code will not be available until the event starts)

If you need to update a ticket to another person*, you will need to click here and update the names in the event system. 

To update names on tickets, click on the blue "Ticket Actions" button and choose "Transfer Ticket". Then enter the email address of your guest/friend. If they are in the event system, the transfer will be immediate. If they are not in the event system yet, they'll receive an email on your behalf inviting them to create an account to claim the ticket.

All admission holders must be 18 years or older. All attendees must be 18 years or older to participate in the business. Any attendees under 18 years old must be physically accompanied by their legal guardian.

No cameras, iPads, laptops or any type of recording devices are allowed.

Once registered, you are required to keep your wristband on for the entire event. In the event your wristband breaks, please bring that wristband to ticketing assistance, and we will swap it out with another wristband. 

If you lose your wristband after checking in, you will need to PURCHASE another ticket to attend the rest of the event.

*Ticket transfers are exclusively intended for transfer to friends or family. IM Academy and EventStar365 are not liable for any 3rd party sales outside of the event system. All admission holders must be 18 years or older or physically accompanied by their legal guardian.
