I launched a EventStar365 livestream with Zoom and am getting an error. What should I do?

Verify that you are not actively in another Zoom Meeting or Webinar when trying to launch your EventStar365 livestream with Zoom. When you start your livestream, EventStar365 integration with Zoom will create a new meeting on your account.
